What is the policy if the painting arrives damaged at my place?

First contact us directly to our chat on the site.

Then take pictures of the damaged part(s) and send them the same day as you received the package to info@originalglobalart.se 

You will receive a full refund or we will send you a new painting for the same value if possible. You are buying original art so there is never the same painting twice but we can always try to find the best solution for you.

 

What if I want to send my painting back, but it is not damaged?

That is not possible. But you can always contact us for further assistance to our chat. We are creative and we will look for the best possible solution.

 

What is the next step in the return process?

You can send us an email to info@originalglobalart.se requesting your refund. After you have posted the package to the returns address and forwarded the tracking number to info@originalglobalart.se, we will refund your purchase.

 

How long does it take for me to receive my fee or new product?

We aim to send a replacement product within 24 hours after the resend has been approved, the same goes for refunds.

 

How many days do I have to return something?

You have 7 days to return your product.

 

Who will pay for the return of the product?

You will have to pay for shipping the product back to us, but we we refund your initial shipping costs if you did not get a free shipping deal.
